Prior to joining EXP Realty as a Real Estate Broker Associate, Stuart was a founding partner of the well-known consumer real estate law firm of Gomez & Simone, APLC.  (You may have seen Stuart’s face on Billboards along the Freeway.)  Stuart helped build that law firm to become one of the fastest-growing in the industry, currently with law offices in Downtown Los Angeles, Orange County, Woodland Hills and Ontario. Stuart has litigation and courtroom experience in three court systems – California State Unlimited Civil Court, Unlawful Detainer Limited Court, and Federal Bankruptcy Court – which has been very helpful in his role as a FULL-service Realtor.

Going back further, Stuart graduated from UCLA before embarking on a successful career in the music business, including working for two record companies and enjoying two headlining stadium tours as keyboardist/vocalist with world-famous rockers POISON.  Since graduating from law school in 2009 and becoming a Real Estate Attorney, Stuart has also taken extensive residential real estate investing training and currently owns houses in Central Florida, Cleveland, Ohio and California.  Thanks to this extensive knowledge base, Stuart Simone can and does go the extra mile to give his clients their maximum range of options and the comprehensive advice to help them choose the best course of action to achieve his client’s goals.
